Property Purchasing Support – looking to invest in property but cannot attend the viewings? Perhaps you are an overseas investor or quite simply do not have the time to attend. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff can view properties on your behalf and supply you with a detailed report thereafter. (Prices starting from £30)
Property Visits – Is your property empty and your insurance cover stipulates that regular visits must occur? We can carry out these visits on your behalf, whether that be to simply check the property is safe, collect meter readings and mail or turn on/off heating systems the agents at LUXE Property have got you covered. Routine Landlord Inspections – Needing to carry out a routine property inspection on your tenanted property? Whether that be commercial or residential our agents will attend the property and provide a detailed report following our visit. (Prices start from £55)
